From Teacher to Small Business Owner: My Journey

Thank you for stopping by and showing interest in my crafts—and in me, the person behind them! My name is Nida, and my journey in the U.S. began in 2022 when I moved here permanently.

Originally from Germany, I studied British and American Studies, Historical Science, and Educational Science with the goal of becoming a secondary and high school teacher. I spent five years teaching before making the life-changing decision to marry my wonderful husband and move to the U.S. After an unexpected two-and-a-half-year wait due to Covid, I finally arrived in May 2022.

Now, while working as a substitute teacher, I’ve found a new way to express my creativity—through crafting! What started as a passion has grown into a small business, and I’m so excited to share my creations with you.
